前前后后说了一整年,15号终于可以去参观南沙码头了,希望安排一切有序并且不要下雨。

15号去的话可以见到CAROLINE MAERSK(IMO:9214903)和MAREN MAERSK(IMO:9359026),不过两条船都是丹麦旗,踏上任何一条都可以当是踏上总部的土地

2011年9月A.P. Moller - Maersk Group发布社群媒体传播指引《The A.P. Moller - Maersk Group Social Media Communication Guidelines》,用来提示及引导员工在社群媒体中用合适的态度和观点发表与公司有关的消息。 《指引》由指引目的、个人用途、工作有关用途,一般概念和联系方式5个部分组成。

《指引》用一个鼓励的态度对雇员在社群媒体的行为进行评价的同时建议遵守一定的指引以保证在社群媒体的表达是建设性并有益的。 例如个人用途中的“使用声明”部分是这样建议雇员在Facebook,Twitter和博客中进行声明。

Facebook: If you have chosen to disclose that you work at Maersk within your Facebook profile, you are recommended to preface any comments you make about Maersk’s position on an issue with the disclaimer written above or a shorter version, such as “views are my own”.

Twitter: If you have chosen to disclose where you work within your Twitter profile you should follow this disclosure with the shortened disclaimer “views are my own”. If the disclaimer is used in your profile as mentioned, then it does not need to be posted again within posts (aka “Tweets”).

Blogs: If you provide information on your profile regarding where you work it is recommended that you indicate that your views do not represent your employers. Additionally, you are recommended to add the shortened disclaimer “views are my own”.

追根朔源舰队这个单词对我来说最早的印象是在超任上的一个战棋游戏《银河战国群雄传》中获得,游戏中你操纵英雄带领的由不同舰种组成的舰队在空间中和不同势力进行谋略。

Explaining to business partners, potential employees, family or friends what Maersk is all about just got easier. On a new interactive website, everyone can see the ships, the rigs, and size them up, find their location — even take a virtual tour.
     
Until now, anyone with an interest or curiosity about Maersk, wanting to explore and learn more about the Group's many ships and rigs, had few options beyond text or photos found on the internet.

The new website, maerskfleet.com, enables customers and business partners as well as current and potential employees to take a closer look at Maersk and get a feel for the size and diversity of the fleet.

We need your assistance in a special case.
Just before departure Tanjung Pelepas a monkey was reported to be on board. A local team of specialists was called in to search for and capture the animal. The team did not find any trace of the monkey, and we were led to believe that it had left again.
The vessel departed but after a few days the monkey turned up again. After some brain storming in "how to catch a monkey" a trap was fabricated and as you can see on the picture it worked.
The situation is now that we have a live monkey in a cage that we need to land some where. Keeping it on board is not an option due to local regulations in many places. Your assistance is required in one of the two options below:
1) Contact is made to a zoo, animal shelter, collector or any other person or institution who might have interest in an animal like this.
2) Arrangement with a vetenarian is made to put down the animal properly.
Amongst the crew option no 1 is preferred.

今日收翻笔1.5W噶外债,曾经琳过收翻噶时候就会讲一个有关1.5W的故事,所以我现在要讲一个有关1.5W的故事。

故事大概是发生在今年1月左右,有同事如计划般地休假,计划系跨越农历年的连续30天的长假,HANDOVER做好晒,剩翻落来的4人亦正在为传统小旺季的到来做好准备。

但天有不测之风云,呢位同事的返岗时间再三推迟,最终结果系一个头尾5X日的长假。

另一边厢,剩翻落来的4人有位同事因为身体欠佳,在上述呢段缺人时艰也陆陆续续请左2X日假,结果系剩翻个3个人每日做到眼鲸鲸。哦对了,这里剩下的3个人,有1个人2月中都弃明投暗去左出口部,实际战力只系剩翻2个都姓TANG噶战斗力为5W噶渣渣

敢工作系始终系要继续的,我地不忘苦中作乐地开玩笑——当某人翻来的时候她的PA会有几多邮件?当时的大家的心水系6K,7K左右。

万幸2月底有新人加入,帮手承担左很多的工作。

盼星星盼月亮同事们终于回来,人齐的状态做野特别开心,我地都忘记左当初的玩笑,当某人翻来的时候她的PA会有几多邮件?在一次例会上某人不经意地回答左我地——她回来的时候邮箱有15,000+封未阅读的邮件。

我记得以前系深圳MLOG,一个5.1假期翻来,公共BA只有700封邮件,但第一日翻来都做到XX声,系完全没办法清晒邮件的状态(处女座不能接受!)。掐指一算,今次的1.5W邮件分摊落5X日之中,忽略新年假期粗粗地计落去每个工作日有差不多400封,8小时一天的话每60分钟要睇50封,即刻破晒自己的一切“好多邮件”的记录,从此天地高山叠叠山,无极幻海海底海,呢个自省会一直跟随著我,警醒自己不要遇到困难就轻言放弃,警醒自己没人可以对你吐糟因为他们根本就未见过真正黑的。

  • 唔好问我我都唔知点解D人有敢多年假。
  • 事实证明系MCCIMP结构内唔帮休长假的同事睇PA系正确,因为点都睇唔来。
  • 1.5W当然有超过高达八成的邮件系不用回复的,但一样需要花时间去做划走,归类的动作。
  • 此文不是抱怨文。
  • 就算是抱怨文也不是对人。
  • 我被呢两个不稳定炸弹打左个措手不及,3月头觉得实在无必要在可以预见的时间再次承受同样的痛苦(女性,要休长假,你懂的)下转投OPS。

最近业界最劲消息莫过于MSC地中海航运首度超越MAERSKLINE马士基航运成为全球最大船公司,于是M记毫不示弱地放出 Triple-E 消息作为反击。

简单来讲,日内瓦地中海航运(MSC)以1,848,440个20尺柜的营运力超越马士基航运(1,827,572个20尺柜)成为全球第一大船公司。

但如果将AP穆勒.马士基旗下的南非海运和MCC Transport计算在内,整个马士基集团作为一个船公司单位计算则仍然要比MSC大9%。

以2月15日为统计日计算,南非海运拥有11艘班轮,总运力达31,632个20尺柜,并租赁45艘船,运力达76,379个20尺柜。新加坡MCC Transport共租赁52艘船,亚洲区总运力达78,070个20尺柜。

点不知17号的处女航因为技术原因从延迟到19号再次延迟到23号,睇样仲有得继续DELAY。

CAP发出来的邮件其实很有趣,由好多缩写,连词和动词组成,巴拉巴拉地大概讲因为老虎船机件维修所以到达弹泡泡岛时间改为猴年马月并且会不靠马六甲港,所以所有马六甲港的货物要转去蟹艇并且上面我们只有5000个吨位所以可以分D去车炮船云云。如果吾系因为商业原因真的很想贴一贴上来,或者等我离开左公司之后再以飨读者吧。

题外话,16号买船17号就开始CALL,真系时间就系金钱
