I have some kindly remind to you during this 3 month of working.First of all,I want to ask you a simple question:what rules do you follow when you share the fruits on every Tuesday??is it “PERMANTANT staff first and then TEMPORARY staff the last? Is it REALLY the policy of Maersk? If it is the policy of Maersk,I have nothing to say,but I think it’s not the truth,right? You share the Fruits according to your preference,why I say this? Normally, fruits are share by seating,no mather the staff is TEMP. OR PERM..,but you think you have the power to do such “small action”,I haven’t got any fruits for a month.As my observation,after you share the fruits each time,I saw that MANAGER ‘s desk have more than 1 set of fruits,and some other PERM. Staff also have,I ‘m so disappointing that how come “MANAGER’s desk have 6 pieces of banana,but I didn’t get any one,do you think it’s fair to the TEMP. staff,??is it the reason that FRUITS ARE NOT ENOUGH to share,such action is STUPID,NONSENCE AND FOOLISH.Don’t think that no body know you do such action, I will not disturb you to ‘BRUSH THE SHOES OF MANAGER” but don’t disturb and treat me like that.Such thing will not happen if fruits are share by other teammates especially by you only.
I feel disappointed on the education of Hong Kong, how come a University student can have a BAD AND DEVIL HEART, can produce such “LACK OF MOTHER’S TAUGHT” student. I think it’s a wastage of money from the government and also from your parents. U student doesn’t mean anythings,may be worser than a form 5 student,e,g. manner,polite,attitude. Your attitude to PERM and TEMP. staff is a big difference, you don’t give any respond to the TEMP staff when they say “good morning” or say hi to you,but respond to the PERM staff,is it so impolite ??Do you know what is “RESPECT”?Another question ask yourself, do you think you are “well done” on your works,especially the outstanding job?if you do your work with no mistakes, how come so many comments from your supervisor?Your works are not done well,but always to make some “small action” to the TEMP. staff, in order to release your pressure from the supervisor and other teammates,is your heart BLACK in colour?
I really see your “BULL SHIFT” BEHAVOIOR in this company,and you don’t have any qualification in acting like that since you are a FOOL!
Don’t always think that PERM. Staff is more powerful than the TEMP. staff,so as to treat them like a slave unfairly ,if you think it’s right,your human manner is worser than a DOG, even other ANIMALS.,I think they are more kind-hearted than you.Don’t be a pusy and F guy,and don’t :”DOG HORSE LOOK DOWN THE MAN”, think under the pirrow before you go to bed and see your face CLEARLY in the mirror .Otherwise,you are same as a “LOW LEVEL ANIMAL’.!Maersk have such staff is a big loss and shame.Nobody will respect you if u don’t respect yourself and others.This is the end of my reminder to you.Please kindly memorized,good luck!

Dear Edwin,

Without knowing particularly myself how fruits are distributed in aaa section, I would like to confirm you that fruits are for all staffs regardless of temporary or permanent staff. Should there are shortage, please let your direct report supervisor knows and we shall arrange soonest possible. For questions on the reasons why manager's desk ( or any others) has more than 1 set of fruits, my personal guess is that some other associates do not like it and therefore grant it personally to others. The most appropriate way to find out the answer in your mind is to ask and clarify, which hopefully you have done that. If your direct supervisor cannot give you the satisfactory answer, please talk to his supervisor, and escalate to me, or my bosses until you get the satisfactory answer.

Lastly, any associate is free to use email, or any mode of communications when he/she feels important to voice out, I do appreciate it if you can use the most appropriate channel, and I do not think it is an appropriate use of +P GCA ML HKGCRC-ALL group address, especially with the language you use, to address this particular issue. Please be guided accordingly in future.
