ICANN Domain Name Transfer Policy Becomes Effective

1.可以由某种途径确认的更详细的注册资料(市场乱乱乱)
2.lock域名可以保护域名不被非注册商转出去，而unlock域名需要如第一点所述的注册资料确认(我现在使用的注册商客户居然可以随意lock和unlock...)
3.转移域名不再需要经过转出注册商和转入注册商双重确认(看到过有更详细的资料，后述)
4.提供转出注册商和转入注册商之间的"transfer undo"功能(费用如何承担?)

所谓的更详细的资料:

ICANN新的域名注册商转移流程比较显著的变化有：
　　1．客户在向转入提交域名转入申请时，转入公司将向域名的管理联系人信箱发送转移确认信。如域名管理联系人在5天内没有确认域名的转入并正确回复确认信件，域名转移将被中止；
　　2．客户在其他注册商处提交域名转移，原注册公司收到域名的转出申请后，将向域名的管理联系人信箱发送转移确认信。若域名的管理人在3天之内没有回复该信件表示异议即视为默认同意转出，域名将被自动转出。

千万不要细读以上"更详细的资料"，我晕过去了...
因为越看第2条越像为劫持域名打开方便之门(转移注册商和域名劫持虽然没有承继的关系...)
